Ramone Anderson – Stewart’s Francois Dance is a joyful expression of emotion through a performance in the street. I like the focal point being in the centre, the video is filmed from a low viewpoint from a wide angle (fisheye) and is framed with trees pointing to an upper middle point. The expressive dancing in public is fun and brave, including an angry charging turned to laughter. I am interested in the concept of turning the otherwise judging area into an appreciative opportunity to move and spin, the angle elongating the limbs as he darts around.
